It is my pleasure to work with wholehearted LGBT+ leaders creating a more fascinating, whole, and emotionally connected world through work.

To honor Pride, I have created a special offer for LGBT+ leaders to work with me. We will explore your leadership as you would in any leadership coaching engagement. And...if you wish to explore how being LGBT+ shapes you and strengthens you as a leader, we will do that.

  • I coach leaders to cultivate healthy and inclusive teams and organizational cultures. Hello self-care, boundaries, and needs. I support leaders to navigate relationships and build engagement, buy-in, and genuine interest in you and your work. This creates positive and sustainable change.
  • I coach leaders to navigate burnout, stress, and overwhelm, developing strategies for emotional, physical, and spiritual self-care. I help leaders scale well-being throughout their organizations culture.

I tune into who you are in a process of exploration and experimentation. We brainstorm and strategize to increase your options and available choices. Your increased self-awareness informs how you lead yourself, your peers, your teams, and the business. It also informs how you feel. We aim to feel engaged, connected, confident, and whole.

Pride Month Offer

LGBT+ leaders to the FRONT!!

Special pricing is $500 for 3 coaching sessions, which is cray-cray. I have never done this! I don't anticipate doing this again. 1:1 coaching with me is usually $25,000 for 6 months of deep work together. But I want to do this now, because I think this will be fun, powerful, and community-building, and I think it can have a positive ripple affect in your organizations.

Here's what to do:

  • Sign up for coaching in June! This offer is good if you sign up and pay in full during Pride Month.
  • You get three 60-minute coaching sessions. In three sessions, we can explore your LGBT+ story and how it impacts your leadership. We can also focus on getting clear and unblocked about one specific leadership question, opportunity, or challenge. 
  • In August, I will invite you to a group zoom, bringing all LGBT+ leaders who sign up for this offer together to meet each other, kiki, and make friends with other LGBT+ leaders in a range of industries and companies. It'll be FUN.

Meet Jessica

HELLO!

I'm Jessica. For 15+ years, I have worked with leaders to lead from their authentic selves.

With reflection, inquiry, and experimentation - people and organizations transform.

I am a big thinker. I believe in possibilities, expanded choices, positive change, and big vision for goodness. I am a pleasure activist. I believe that your body deserves and needs pleasure, rest, attunement, and love. You have big things to be and do, so take care of yourself. I believe in connecting to deep meaning, understanding your story, quenching curiosity, and the life changing power of intimate connection.

 I've worked in a lot of industries, including media, technology, entertainment, energy, international development, and financial services. My clients are leaders at every level of an organization, from new leaders to CEOs. My clients are in startups, non-profits, and Fortune 500 companies.  This keeps me stimulated and on my toes, seeing patterns and connections across differences, and able to translate meaning and impact across entire organizations.

I have my Masters in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and I coach leaders both individually and in groups. I also work with organizations on culture change and DEI, with my emphasis on inclusion.

 Before I became a coach and consultant, I worked in film and music production, and as a fundraiser and event producer for the National Center for Lesbian Rights.  

Some of my favorite things are meandering Brooklyn neighborhoods, traveling this vast world however I can (whether the world is my living room, neighborhood, or the planet), talking to strangers, making natural perfume, looking at the stars, grocery shopping, dance breaks, balloons, reading, talking, and floating in float tanks.
